We are seeking to recruit a LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK with an immediate start. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 5.30pm, the role is based in Newport Pagnell (MK16)
We are seeking a candidate who possesses excellent Customer Service skills and able to communicate effectively across all levels, an excellent telephone manner, confident in their approach and always striving to offer customers and colleagues the highest level of service. Who is also able to work in a fast paced environment with the Logistics, Distribution & Supply Chain industry sector.
All candidates will need be IT Literate and conversant in Microsoft Excel and able to work with a high level of attention to detail and level of accuracy.
Working for a Global Freight Forwarding and Logistics organisation the role of LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK will be to;

ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT – TEMPORARY TO PERM CONTRACT

We have an opportunity for ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT to join an organisation on a Temp to Perm basis for based in Nuneaton, with an immediate start.
The role will be to work in a Freight & Shipping department handling all office administration for International Imports and Exports for Roadfreight.
The duties will be to complete all aspects of office administration, updating systems, creating new files/booking, responding to customer emails and calls, updating spreadsheets and liaising with internal departments and external customers and suppliers.
The successful candidate will have ideally working in an administration capacity have strong administration skills, be keen and eager in their approach and able to work as part of a small and busy team and flexible in their approach.
This role is a Temp to Permanent position and requiring an immediate start.
