At First Choice Staff, we are very proud of our 28 years of uninterrupted service to a client base which includes leading global brands and fast-growing SMEs in the industry sectors we serve.

My own 40 years of experience in the recruitment industry has helped to shape our business values and, with the support of our outstanding teams of recruitment professionals across the UK, given us a platform for growth with both longstanding and new clients.    

Today, across our branch network covering the whole of the UK, we satisfy the Permanent & Temporary staff requirements of clients in the Freight, Logistics & Distribution industries as well as those in the Hospitality, Leisure, Retail and Commercial sectors. Plus, we offer bespoke training courses for candidates and clients – including CAA-approved Aviation Security courses and forklift training - and candidate referencing services too.  

We also provide an established and highly-effective Executive Search service for clients and candidates in both the UK and US markets. 

Alongside our REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) accreditation, our entire business ethos is based on delivering recruitment solutions with a high level of trust, professionalism and integrity, and this is an approach we apply consistently when working with both clients and candidates.

We work in full compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements and, most importantly, have the financial strength to not only invest in our people and services but to also give our clients confidence in our ability to meet pay and tax commitments when we supply Temporary labour.
