European Road Freight logistics Coordinator
Experience of Road Freight operations within a freight forwarding company (including expedites) or a 3PL
Operational experience of Road planning processes
Excellent communication skills - internal and external (written and verbal)
Ability to demonstrate analytical and logical thinking to solve problems
Good analytical and numerical skills
Knowledge of transport documentation requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Minimum 3 years experience in Road Freight operations
Previous International logistics experience a benefit
Basic knowledge of International Transport a benefit
Previous experience in either an automotive or manufacturing environment would be a benefit

Courier Customer Service Clerk required to join our small client based in Colnbrook

Candidate is required to have a minimum of 1 years experience within a Courier Customer Service position.

Daily duties include:

Entering PODS
Quoting customer prices for shipments

Hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 till 17:00

Airfreight Import Clerk

Import Clerk required to join a large and respected Freight Forwarding organisation located close to Heathrow on the pattern mentioned below.

This is an excellent company to work for, and a very good opportunity for an individual with a minimum of 1 years Airfreight import experience.

The role will include the full range of Airfreight Import duties, including:

Excellent opportunity has become available for an Ocean/Air Import Clerk required to join established friendly forwarder based local to Heathrow.

Our client is seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience within Seafreight and Airfreight however would consider candidates who are experienced with one mode.

Exclusive position has become available for an Import Team Lead to join this excellent forwarder based near Heathrow

Candidate will be confident in all areas of the Import Airfreight operation, senior level with around 4-5 years solid knowledge

Leading a small team of around 4-5 operational staff

Hours: 4on 4off days 07:00am - 19:00pm or 10:00am -10:00pm

*however if your shift falls over the weekend you will be required to work office hours being Friday 09:00am-21:00pm and Saturday 07:00am-19:00pm

European & UK Transport / Stock Controller

UK and European Transport (Traffic). Stock control and other related duties.

The idea applicant is to be IT literate. Also they need to be comfortable with data input.
Issuing instructions and performing tasks from a computer base. Experience with spreadsheet programs and word processing.

Salary per annum between GBP25,000 and GBP30,000 according to experience.

Key Account Operative required to join established Freight Forwarder

Successful candidate must have Air and Ocean experience either in Imports or Exports.

Daily Duties:

Operational role handling Air and Ocean Multi-Directional shipments
Arranging shipments, completing documentation, customs clearance and all financial aspects of the file to include tracing and updating the customers via phone, track and trace etc
Completing customer quotations in a timely manner, ensuring all quotes are followed up and recording into system
Providing a high level of customer care and service at all times
Customer visits and sales calls with OSM or BDM
Maintenance of Customer SOPs and onboarding
Creating and managing KPIs
Compiling reports to the OSM as required
Supporting Overseas Manager on any other tasks as required
Monday to Friday 09:00 till 17:30

Customs Clearance Coordinators

Due to growth our client are looking to bring in new team members to be part of our growing customs clearance team.
Within this role you will be responsible for checking shipping documentation, claiming UCNs, classifying cargo and completing customs entries for cargo arriving into UK ports from China.
There will also be an element of invoicing and milestone updates through our Cargowise and internal platforms to ensure our clients have regular progress reports.

Previous customs entry/clearance experience
Good level of IT knowledge
Previous customer service skills
Ability to work in an organised and efficient manner
Able to work as part of a team and also as an individual
Previous experience using Cargowise system would be beneficial but not required

The role is both Import & Export, Air & Sea.

Cutting documentation (HAWB/MAWB/BOL)
Customs clearance
General Air & Sea operational duties

Hours are Mon-Fri 0900-1730 salary around the GBP28k mark depending on experience.
