- Our Client is looking for an experienced Exhibition Coordinator to add to their team.
They provide a unique range of services to clients from industries as diverse as Film & TV to Architecture & Finance, with operations extend from Events & Exhibitions to Global Logistics, Media & Archive Storage and Film Restoration Exhibition Stand.
Role Overview
Manage hands-on event operations and branding projects for UK and international events. This is not a marketing role-it focuses on logistics, planning, client relations, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
·Client Management: Liaise with senior-level clients, understand briefs, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
·Project Delivery: Coordinate branding, build, and AV requirements; manage suppliers and artwork deadlines.
·On-Site Operations: Supervise crews, oversee installation/dismantling of stands and branding, and ensure compliance with venue regulations.
·Logistics: Prepare budgets, arrange travel/accommodation, and handle transport and risk documentation.
·Travel: UK and international travel (Europe & USA), up to 8-9 weeks per year, including overnight stays.
Essential Requirements
·Experience in corporate events, conferences, or exhibitions.
·Full clean driving licence (able to drive 3.5T van in UK & Europe).
·Passport for international travel.
·Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office), excellent communication, and presentation ability.
·Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Terms
·Location: Full-time at Ashford, Middlesex office.
·Salary: GBP32K-GBP45K + pension + performance bonus.
·Hours: 37.5/week (flexibility required for events).
·Travel & Expenses: Covered for events.

·French language skills are a plus.

·Typically, a working week is regarded as 37.5 hours/09:00 to 17:30 hours - however, flexibility is key and periods prior to, during and following major events will require some longer days. Whilst on location, evening and weekend commitment will also be necessary. Expenses are provided for hotel stays and travel costs to and from event venues.
