Description
Our client close to Heathrow is looking for an Ocean Import Supervisor



Tasks and Duties

Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed as per the DLSOP

Review and support with day-to-day quotations.

Plan and support with monthly meetings to discuss market intelligence and delegate workloads within the team.

Take an active role in the transition of new business/updates to existing business.

Grow department Revenue in line with budget target and management expectations.

Support all compliance efforts and trainings.

Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas to improve efficiency.

Be open to implementing new system changes and enhancements into the department.

Be involved and suggest system/process improvements.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors (Shipping lines, trucking companies, and others)

Assist the Manager.

University or equivalent business qualifications

Salary based on experience



The hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
