Description
We are working with a medium freight forwarder, who are looking to recruit a Trainee Export Clerk working in Thorpe.





Main Tasks and Responsibilities

·Working within an Export team

·Assisting with all Export Operations (Full Training)

·Completing Customs paperwork

·Customer Services

·Dealing with customer queries

·Consulting with Airlines and Transporters

·Updating Pod's

·Organising collections



Skills and Qualifications



Effective communication skills

Good Customer service experience.

Keen to develop a career within freight forwarding.

Active listening

Team Player

Look outside the box

Proactive

Willing to learn



Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

Salary depends on experience.
