Description: We are working with a General Sales Agent who have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant.

We are looking for basic knowledge of GHA operations, - experience of cargo agent for a GHAs or had ground handling training or worked for a GSA.

The role will cover, Quotes, Taking Bookings and follow through, Post flight confirmation, providing updates to customers, dealing with freight booking lists. Will train in areas where needed.

Our client is looking for basic experience in the above, along with good education, IT skills and customer service skills, keen to learn and develop further.

Office based role - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm -

Salary Between GBP24k to GBP25.5k depending on experience.
