Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission
Are you confident, driven, and ready to build a rewarding career in recruitment? We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in the Temporary and Permanent Driving sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated, resilient, and eager to learn. Full training will be provided - all you need is the right attitude and strong communication skills.
The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting both clients and candidates within the driving and logistics market.
Your duties will include:
·Cold calling prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
·Resourcing and screening candidates for temporary and permanent driving roles
·Registering candidates, conducting compliance checks, and right-to-work verification
·Updating and maintaining the in-house system accurately
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with drivers and clients
·Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets
