FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Operative

Hourly Pay: £13.75ph - £15.69ph

We are currently seeking a reliable Night Shift FLT Counterbalance Driver and Warehouse Operative to join a fast-paced logistics operation based in Saltley.

Temporary - permanent role for the successful candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established logistics company offering consistent night work and a supportive team environment.

There will be a chance of progression into a hybrid office/warehouse role in the future. 

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Operating a counterbalance forklift truck to load and unload company vehicles

  
  


• 
  

  Using PDA hand scanners to process stock accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Picking and packing goods to order

  
  


• 
  

  General warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting the wider warehouse team to ensure smooth night shift operations
  
  

  
  

Skills & Experience:

• 
  

  Hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence with a minimum of 2 years experience 

  
  


• 
  

  Have previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment

  
  


• 
  

  Be reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts

  
  


• 
  

  Have good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

  
  


• 
  

  Good IT skills
