Our client close to Heathrow is looking for a Deputy Team Leader - Stores & Despatch

Full-time | Manufacturing

Were looking for a Deputy Team Leader to support the running of our Stores and Despatch area.

This is a hands-on role. Youll be involved in the day-to-day work while helping keep things organised, accurate, and running as they should. Youll also step in for the Team Leader when needed.

The job

·Book in goods, put stock away, pick orders, and support despatch

·Keep stock accurate in the system (ERP/MRP)

·Help run stock checks and sort out any discrepancies

·Step up and run the department when the Team Leader is off

·Support the team and keep work flowing on a daily basis

·Make sure goods are packed and shipped correctly

·Spot issues and help improve how things are done

What youll need

·Experience in a stores/warehouse role (manufacturing preferred)

·Comfortable using systems and Excel

·Experience with ERP/MRP systems

·Organised, reliable, and willing to get stuck in

·Able to work with different teams and communicate clearly

Other important bits

We work to ISO 9001 standards, so doing things properly and keeping quality high is part of the job.

The hours are Monday to Friday 7.45am to 4.30pm

Salary GBP33,500 basic plus monthly bonuses. Excellent benefits package.
