Description
LGV Class 2 Driver Logistics, great driving opportunity to join the world's leading logistics company and you will get to play key role! Ensuring timely and secure delivery of products to customers while providing excellent service and adhering to all legal and safety regulations. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend work, offering a great work-life balance within a supportive and well-run team.





Hours=08:30am-17:30hrs with 30minutes unpaid break.

Salary band: GBP38,000 - GBP40,000+ per year.

Overtime is , frequently paid at the standard rate after 45 hours.

Key responsibilities:

Complete scheduled deliveries and collections of shipments of a variety of weights.

Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.

Load and secure the vehicle safely and correctly.

Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers.

Support general warehouse and distribution activities as needed.

Comply with company's health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations.

Regular completion of vehicle checks.



Requirements:

Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence and CPC qualification.

Previous experience driving 18-tonne vehicles in a multi-drop environment preferred.

Professional, reliable, and customer focused.

Well, organised with the ability to prioritise effectively.

Positive, proactive attitude.

Clean UK driving licence preferred (up to 6points).

5-year checkable history (no gaps longer than 28 days).

Clean DBS to follow and prior to start date.
