£28,000 - £32,000 basic salary + uncapped commission.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT to work in a Birmingham based small, busy and fast paced recruitment business. 

The role of SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT will be a 360 recruitment role, and will the successful candidate will be running their own desk. 

In return we are offering a salary of £28000 to £30,000 (negotiable based on experience) and an excellent and uncapped commission structure from day one!

The role requires an outgoing, savvy and confident candidate who has a happy, positive outlook and strong work ethic, and enjoys working as part of a bright bubbly team! Who is comfortable speaking on the telephone and making outbound calls, able to respond quickly and with a proactive approach to client and candidates requests. Excellent communication skills, team player and positive approach to work is an essential.

Main duties will include:

·Recruiting & resourcing candidates

·Interviewing and registering candidates

·Managing & building strong relationships with candidates & clients

·Canvassing current companies to seek new job opportunities

·Canvassing new and potential clients

·Managing client expectations and building strong working relationships

·Visiting customers to build on one-to-one relationships

·Completing all administration and Right To Work checks etc

·Offering CV and interview advise

·Assisting and managing candidate through the interview process

·Negotiating on salaries and packages for candidates

The position is working in a modern office in a serviced office building in Birmingham (B37) with free on site parking.
