Air, Sea export Coordinator

Description: An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our client's Operations Team as an Export Coordinator.

The role will be based at their office local to Heathrow.

Key Functions:

·Jobs from start to finish, Air or Sea or both

·Customs entries

·Ensure customer service workload is prioritised and order changes are communicated promptly

·Full training on in-house computer systems including internal communication and external

·Ensure quality and quantity of work is always at a high level

·Liaise with the customer on system related issues

·Always maintain a high standard of housekeeping

·Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy

·Cargo wise

·Air and Sea modes

·Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

·Customer focused

·Good time management

·Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines

·High level of PC literacy

Working Pattern:

·37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between core hours of 0900hrs - 1730hrs.

·Office based.
