Import Coordinator - Sea, Air

Description: Our client close to Heathrow Airport are looking for an Import Coordinator - Air, Sea

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Operations Team as Import Coordinator.

role will be based at our office facility in Surrey.

Key Functions:

·Jobs from start to finish, Sea, Air

·Customs entries

·Ensure customer service workload is prioritised and order changes are communicated promptly

·Full training on in-house computer system including communication internal and external

·Ensure quality and quantity of work is at a high level at all times

·Liaise with the customer on system related issues

·Always maintain a high standard of housekeeping

·Sea and Air modes

·Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

·Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines

Working Pattern:

·37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between core hours of 0900hrs - 1730hrs.

·Office based.

Salary up to GBP35K depending on experience
