Salary: £26,500 - £32,000 basic + uncapped commission

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for the opportunity to take ownership of your own desk and maximise your earning potential?

We are a growing, fast-paced recruitment business based in Marston Green, Birmingham, seeking an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and supportive team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be building and managing your own desk either temporary or permanent. 

 What You'll Be Doing:

• Building and managing a full 360 recruitment desk either temporary or permanent 


• Sourcing, recruiting and resourcing candidates across multiple vacancies


• Conducting candidate interviews, registrations and assessments


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates


• Identifying and developing new business opportunities


• Proactively canvassing prospective clients and generating new vacancies


• Managing client expectations and delivering exceptional service


• Visiting clients to strengthen and develop business relationships


• Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process


• Providing CV, interview and career advice to candidates


• Negotiating salaries, offers and employment packages


• Completing compliance administration, including Right to Work checks and candidate documentation

 What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a recruitment consultant role


• Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships


• Strong business development and sales skills


• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities


• Confident and professional telephone manner


• Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


• Team player who enjoys working within a supportive and energetic team
