Description: Cargo Warehouse Screener position available now with a well-known global aviation cargo provider. Offering a dynamic work environment and career progression.Youll work with a committed team dedicated to meeting deadlines and delivering excellent service to customers, ensuring the efficient handling of shipments and strict adherence to security and safety protocols. Permanent contract. Monday to Friday, late shift 13:00hrs-21:30hrs.

The job entails:

Load and offload freight either manually or mechanically in accordance with respective handling procedures. Screening Cargo to DFT regulations using both X-ray and ETD. Place and retrieve freight in and from appropriate storage areas, accurately recording the storage location as necessary.Carry out bond checks and housekeeping duties as per customer requirements.Meeting tight deadlines and reporting to management.Collating documents and checking cargo manifests. Adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements

Previous experience in airfreightt warehousing.

Ideally NXCT, COS, X-ray, and ETD trained.

Strong manual handling skills and forklift operation.

Positive, proactive attitude with a flexible approach.

Good IT skills.

Able to provide 5 year referencing and clean DBS.
