Description
We have a great opportunity for an Night Export Clerk to join our clients team in West Drayton. This role will be working Monday to Friday 19:00 - 03:00.



Complete export files to the required standard.

Ensure full compliance with export documentation instructions.

Manage and complete the shared mailbox to the required standard.

Resolve customer queries where appropriate.

Liaise with the warehouse to support smooth operational flow.

Liaise with the import department & the commercial department where applicable.

Assist in the reception and receiving area when required.

Ensure CDS records and related customs documentation are checked, completed and filed correctly where applicable.



Experience:

Excellent customer service skills.

Good computer skills, (Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel).

Basic knowledge of bond checks is desirable.

Basic knowledge of NES, ASM GEMS and CDS requirements.

Strong attention to detail.

Completion of Aviation Security Certificate Level CO. (Training will be provided.)
