Description: Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities

·Process customer sale orders

·Book parcel and pallet couriers using required system

·Consolidate necessary shipping paperwork & labels

·Ensure goods are dispatched within required lead times

·Pick and pack goods as per customer orders

·Wrap and strap pallets ready for dispatch

·Quality control check on outgoing and incoming goods

·Unloading deliveries and ensuring delivery paperwork is dealt with correctly

·Book delivered purchase orders in and record necessary batch numbers

Skills & Experience

·Customer service skills

·Excellent communication skills

·Sage 50 experience is desirable

·Time management skills

·Able to work independently to achieve assigned tasks while also being able to work in a team to achieve shared goals

·Previous warehouse experience

·Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting and carrying

·Fork truck license desirable but not essential (in-house training & certification can be provided)

·Road & Sea DG Certificate desirable but not essential

Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday

9:00am - 2:00pm

30-minute unpaid lunch break

GBP13.90 per hour
