Description: Exciting opportunity for a customer service focused individual to join worlds leading logistics provider as an Operations Agent! This position involves working in an office and in a warehouse environment. Monday - Friday from 10:30am - 19:00hrs with 1-hour unpaid break.

Duties:

Office duties from 10:30am - 14:30hrs:

Greeting visitors and managing the reception.

Replying to email and phone enquiries.

Performing administrative tasks.

Warehouse duties from 15:30hrs - 19:00hrs:

Stacking pallets ready for transit.

Processing shipments.

Preparing items for dispatch.

Assisting with manual handling and physical tasks when required.
