- Trainee Warehouse Operatives - 2 Positions Available
We are currently recruiting for two enthusiastic Trainee Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing operation.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to begin a career within warehousing and logistics. No previous warehouse experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Main Duties
Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods
Picking, packing and preparing goods for dispatch
Loading and unloading vehicles
Completing warehouse paperwork accurately
Updating information on Excel-style spreadsheets
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Following all company health and safety procedures
Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
Loading aircraft PMCs and AKE containers following training
Training Provided
The successful candidates will receive full training, including:
Counterbalance forklift training
Health and safety training
First aid training
Fire safety training
Safe working practices
Aircraft PMC and AKE loading
Security training
X-ray training
A company uniform will also be provided.
Skills and Requirements
Be physically fit and comfortable undertaking a physically demanding role
Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
Be able to follow instructions and work safely
Have good attention to detail
Have basic computer skills, particularly when entering information onto spreadsheets
Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Ideally hold a full UK driving licence or live within easy travelling distance of the workplace
No previous warehouse or forklift experience is necessary.

Hours:
Monday: 6:00am-3:00pm
Tuesday to Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
This role would suit a car Driver due to location and start time and lack of public Transport
