Description: We are working with a medium sized forwarder who has an exciting opportunity in their Totton office near Southampton for an Ocean Import Co-ordinator.

Working within the Ocean team department, good start to finish Ocean Import experience.

Role Involves:

·Day to day responsibility for customer service delivery to Ocean Import customers.

·Start to Finish role including communication, customs entries, invoicing, File creation, KPI management and reports.

·Follow up and resolve all operational issues/customer service concerns raised.

·Manage and maintain customer KPI expectations.

·Promote business development, ensuring all opportunities from existing business are followed up through telephone sales.

·Contribute to ongoing operational development and cost saving measures.

·Establish, manage and maintain internal and external relationships.

Experience

·Good start to finish Ocean Import experience, including good customs.

·Good IT skills including Excel, CRM database and Box Top.

·Enjoy working with customers and building relationships.

·Happy working within a target driven environment.

·Excellent communication, organisational skills.

·Good Customs experience.

Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

Salary depends on experience.
