Description: We have an exciting opportunity for a Courier Co-ordinator to work for a medium sized courier.

The role is to manage all courier transport activities, ensuring the efficient, accurate and timely movement of domestic and international shipments while delivering excellent customer service.

Role Involves:

·Arrange daily collections and deliveries with approve courier providers.

·Book domestic and international shipments using courier portals.

·Produce shipping labels, customs documentation, and delivery paperwork where required.

·Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays.

·Communicate delivery updates to customers and internal departments.

·Liaise with warehouse staff to priories urgent shipments.

·Assist with stock movement and general warehouse administration when required.

·Ensure all orders are packed and dispatched within agreed service levels.

·Lifting in accordance with manual handling guidelines.

Experience.

·Previous experience within a similar role.

·Excellent communication and organisational skills.

·Good IT skills.

·Must be able to work well within a target driven environment.

Monday to Friday either 8am-4.30pm or 10am-6.30pm.

Salary depends on experience.
