Liaison with Blue Chip Clientele, Overseas Agents, Airlines & 3rd party Logistics suppliers
Shipping documentation*HAWB-MAWB-DG Notes-Letters of Credit
Submitting Export entries/Export licences
Dealing with special airfreight export requirements/project cargo/hazardous shipments
Keeping Clients updated at all times with the status of their shipments.
Handling queries, resolving issues and providing excellent customer services at all times
Standard airfreight administration and job costing.
Additional:
Basic salary band: GBP28,000-GBP32,000.
Rewarding package to compliment and to be revealed at interview stage!
Key points;
Two or more years experience within the Airfreight Forwarding Industry.
Experience of HMRC procedures.
Use of Cargowise operating system would be great advantage.
Commercial awareness.
Clear and concise communication skills (written and spoken).
