- Description
- We are working with an established freight forwarder close to Heathrow who have an Air Export Operations Agent role.
The position needs good experience within exports start to finish. Along with good communication, IT skills. Any Sea, Road experiences advantage but will train at a later stage.
Role Involves:
·Maintain post flights and POD times to ensure meeting customer expectations.
·Provide effective communication to customers, overseas partners.
·Negotiating bookings with various airlines.
·Preparing export documentation including AWBs.
·Providing clients with continuous live shipment updates.
·Completing customs entries through an internal system.
·Entering Export shipments onto inhouse system and printing delivery notes.
Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
Salary GBP27,500 rising to GBP28K after probation.
10 years screening is needed for this role/company.
