Description
Fantastic opportunity has become available for an Air Export Clerk, Import knowledge an advantage (at higher salary)



Our client is looking for someone with previous experience within an Export role and be confident with MAWB/HAWB, rates and customer quotes.



Duties :

Preparing quotes & routings for clients.

Preparing documentation for customs clearance / vehicles / airlines.

Checking airline rates and flight schedules

Customs import / export entries in Sequoia & Chief systems.

Post flights

Dealing with Exports from quotation level through the cutting documents, post flights, final delivery & invoicing.

Special UK sameday collection and delivery.

Checking with local agents for quotes and clearance instructions.



Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00



Salary is up to GBP38K depending on experience
