Description
First Choice Staff are looking for an Ocean Export Co-ordinator.



Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and

maintaining strong relationships with clients

Effectively manage Ocean Export LCL and FCL shipments from start to finish

Prepare and process all export documentation including Bills of Lading, Commercial

and Certificates of Origin.

Ensure all documentation complies with customer, carrier,& regulatory requirements.

Follow SOP's and update accordingly

Submitting VGM through CNS & Destin8

Prepare and complete full export documentation and sending prealerts within set KPI

Ensure compliance with export control regulations inlcudingAMS / ACI / ISF

Sending EDI bookings and SI to carriers

FCL and LCL Quotations upon request

Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and

trade compliance policies

Meeting financial end of month deadlines both accruals and sales invoices



Qualifications/Experience

+4yearsof detailedexperienceof logisticsandforwardingoperations/regulationsanddocumentation

Preferableaprofessionaldegreebyalicensededucational institutionspecializedinlogisticsandforwarding.

ComputerliteracywithMicrosoftSoftwareapplicationsand/orothermarket leadingsoftwareapplications.
