Multi-Modal Import Clerk

Description: We are working with a small/Medium Freight Forwarder in Slough.

Looking to recruit an import clerk - Preferably Multi-Modal but Road is the most Important

Role includes:

·Complete customs entries from start to finish

·Ensure a smooth and timely customs process flow is completed

·Process Sea/air/road Freight Import and Export customs entries

·Ensure accurate data is entered on customs software

·Completing freight bookings

·Arranging documentation

·Proficient with MCP/Destin8, CCS and CNS software to complete customs entries

·Contacting importers to establish their clearance instructions

·ASM/Sequoia software experience will be a great advantage

·Strong communication skills

·Excellent PC skills

Salary: GBP32,000 - GBP35,000
