Property Inspector Required
Temp – Perm.
Location: This role will be mobile based, Basildon / Brentwood and surrounding areas. On occasions, jobs can be further afield. Reporting to the Dartford branch.
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week plus overtime on occasions.
Requirements: Due to the nature of the role. A full clean driver’s licence and a clean criminal record is required.
Hourly Pay: £14ph plus holiday accrual.
Our client is a well-established leader in vacant property services across the UK. We are seeking a Property Inspector to join their team.
The Role:
- Driving the team van
- Ensure all doors and windows are secure
- Record signs of graffiti, habitation, vandalism, or unsafe structures
- Check the building’s interior integrity
- Log meter readings and serial numbers where accessible
- Maintain vacant property inspection records and send automatic reports via email
- Report major defects or issues immediately
- Holding all property keys
- Driving the team van
