Description
We are working with a Medium sized Freight Forwarder near Heathrow who has an exciting opportunity for an Air/Sea/Road Export Operator.



Our client is looking for a professional individual with solid experience with Air, Sea, Road Exports start to finish experience, good CDS experience, along with 1st class customer service experience. Good Cargo wise experience.



Role Involves:

Receive and process all customer bookings

·Dealing with quotes requests from overseas agents.

·Setting up new accounts.

Manage bookings with Airlines

·Email management.

·Raising Customs Entries

·Dealing with all customs compliance.

·Issuing and correctly detailing collection and delivery notes.

Ensure all shipments have the correct documentation and received, completed prior to departure.

Completion of HAWB/MAWB/MANIFEST/Label

·Arranging collections for Airline Sheds.

·Booking Deliveries in line with customer requirements.

·Dealing with all invoicing.



Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with flexibility when needed.

Salary depends on experience.
