Description
Due to busy workload this client is looking to take on a Trainee Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their friendly team



You will be working within a busy operational Ops team, supporting them with their documentation needs, arranging shipments, answering calls, dealing with clients and general office admin, training will be given.



- Customer Service

- Updating clients with their movements

- Customer relationship

- Tracking shipments from suppliers

- Problem solving + solving issues with shipments.

- Extras. Potentially help with Marketing and social media accounts etc.



Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm

Ideally due to location car driver
