Description
We are working with a large established freight forwarder near Heathrow.



They are recruiting for an Air Export Gateway Clerk to work either 4on 4off Nights 7pm to 7am OR Days 7am to 7pm



Main responsibilities:



·Prepare and close Consolidations

·Prepare and maintain allocations

·Coordinating air exports with all branches.

·Communication with airlines

·Checking Post flights

·Completing non-conformances on airlines

·Compile information for carrier reviews

·Produce monthly airline schedule

·Maintaining Airline Rates database

·Verify CASS billing

·Producing Transit Reports

·Liaise with Transport and Warehouse Departments

·Complete weekly / monthly / annual reporting to Manager

·Support Manager and department to achieve and exceed Corporate and Regional Goals

Qualifications

·Previous experience import/export office

·Knowledge of ULD building

·Strong local Market knowledge

·Good communication and customer service skills

·Experience in Word/Excel/Email essential

·Ability to work on ones owns initiative

·Knowledge of Airline Routings



Salary up to GBP32K depending on experience
