Description
Job Title: Operations Agent - Exports



About the role:

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Export Clerk with a previous experience to support our Export team with all aspects of processing shipments from start to finish.



Key Responsibilities



Setting up in-house system ready for the start of each day.

Completing export bookings throughout the day.

Working in a fast-paced environment

Travel to and from customs when required

Accurately creating and completing customs entries for Carnets/ Licenses/ KP Certificates

Post flight and trace investigations to improve export service. Obtain handling reports and refunds where appropriate.

Control sheet and file management to ensure the information is complete and accurate.

Completion of documentation on behalf of clients.

Complete export MIBs when required.

Cutting MAWBs at end of day.

Carrying out other adhoc duties as requested



Key Skills

Knowledge/experience of exports customs entries

High attention to detail

Excellent customer service

Collaborative working style

Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

Able to work on own initiative

Professional and positive



This role requires references to be provided for the last 5 years as well as a successful DBS check



Salary upto GBP35,000



The hours to be covered are Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm
