Export Operations agent required to join this niche agent locally based to LHR



MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE



Reporting to the duty operations manager the operations agent is responsible for the day to day tasks within the operations department ensuring the smooth running of all shipments.



Giving all clients the highest standard of customer services by keeping them updated on their shipments



Duties to include



·Communication to customers via email and telephone

·Post flights

·POD times

·Negotiating bookings with Airlines

·Export AWB

·Customs entries

·Entering Export Shipments on in-house system



Hours: 9-5.30 Monday to Friday

Salary cGBP27k
