Job Summary
We are rapidly growing logistics and fulfillment provider that is looking for an individual to join our internal IT Team as Digital Fulfillment Coordinator. We are looking for someone to be able to support warehouse staff with our fulfillment service whilst assisting drive the digital change.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Support all UK warehouses with implementation of digital technologies.
Work closely within IT department to identify and develop integration opportunities with eCommerce platforms, carriers, and customers.
Develops and implements plans to ensure success of fulfilment services.
Monitor fulfilment and ecommerce markets to help internal fulfilment capabilities.
Liaise and support customers with digital fulfilment solutions.
Assist sales team providing current and potential capabilities to new and existing customers.

Person Specification:
Essential:
Previous eCommerce\Fulfilment experience with a good understanding of the market.

Duties:
Handling specialist pharmaceutical freight

IMMEDIATE START – Temp to Perm

2.00 pm – 10.00 pm MONDAY - FRIDAY

Our client is seeking to a recruit a TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATOR to work on a permanent 2pm – 10pm shift at their Warehouse and Transport facility based in Nuneaton (CV11). This position will start as a Temp to Perm.

The role will require a candidate who has gained experience of working in a Transport or Warehousing environment and possesses excellent administration and communication skills.

Working closely with the Team leader, the TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATOR will be required to ensure;

  • Accurate and timely completion of Drivers paperwork
  • Liaising with Warehouse personnel, drivers from the UK and overseas,
  • Checking the correct documentation for freight is present as required, stamped and signed as per policy for Dangerous and hazardous/non hazardous freight.
  • Checking any damages are reported and photographed, and documented following the correct procedures etc.
  • Updating the transport system with collections and deliveries,
  • Checking POD’s and scanning these into the system
  • Ensuring all visitors are signed in, individual security passes are issued, used correctly and visible,
  • Entrances and doors are closed and secure.
  • Reporting function of shift activity is completed and up to date and a hand over is completed for the next shift to commence.

This position requires a candidate who is hard working with strong administration skills and who can commit to working a permanent late shift 2pm – 10pm. Previous experience of working in a Transport Admin or warehouse administrational capacity would be an added advantage.

The successful candidate will be required to have a 5 year checkable history and clean criminal record to comply with the required security checks for the DfT and CAA.
