Job description
Registering candidate enquiries received via email / telephone / or walk in on to our system
Contacting new and existing candidate enquiries for them to view available stock of property with a view to them renting said properties
Contacting clients (landlords) and keeping them fully informed of viewings taking place on their properties and giving feedback positive and negative on all appointments made
Creating tenancies using our in-house system / checking for holding deposits have been paid / arranging for references to be carried out via our preferred providers for tenant assessments
Raising invoices on our in house systems for successfully created tenancies
Adhering to in house admin systems
Arranging rental protection for landlords who require it

Ideally we are looking for someone to work 16 hours a week or more
9.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 9am to 4pm (time off in lieu)
30 mins for lunch each day (unpaid)
Hourly rate GBP10.42 per hour
Plus commission
GBP50 for every tenancy created.
GBP25 for every shared tenancy created.
GBP50 for every insurance policy created.
Would realistically expect 5 new tenancies created each month and one insurance policy each month.
There is NO heavy or pushy selling, if someone doesnt like a property then they dont like a property. The emphasis is on service... be nice but sharp!!
What we are aiming for is for someone to be able to understand what a candidate wants or needs and match them to the properties we have available or advise them accordingly if their requirements are unrealistic to their budget or time scale required and then match again accordingly.
