We are seeking to recruit a LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK with an immediate start. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 5.30pm, the role is based in Newport Pagnell (MK16)
We are seeking a candidate who possesses excellent Customer Service skills and able to communicate effectively across all levels, an excellent telephone manner, confident in their approach and always striving to offer customers and colleagues the highest level of service. Who is also able to work in a fast paced environment with the Logistics, Distribution & Supply Chain industry sector.
All candidates will need be IT Literate and conversant in Microsoft Excel and able to work with a high level of attention to detail and level of accuracy.
Working for a Global Freight Forwarding and Logistics organisation the role of LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK will be to;
Working closely with other departments and offices across the UK and internationally, to offer an outstanding level of service to all customers. This is a fabulous opportunity to work for a large global organisation, offering an immediate start.
For compliance with the DFT and CAA regulations all applicants are required to have a 5 year checkable work history/Education history in the UK and a Clean Criminal Record.
TEMPORARY LOGISTICS DATA AUDITOR
£10.00ph - £11.00ph
3-6 month contract / Working from Home
Monday to Friday 08.30 – 5.00pm
We have an immediate opening for a TEMPORARY LOGISTICS DATA AUDITOR for a large global organization.
We are seeking a candidate who has strong administration and data analyzing skills, and has previously worked in the Freight, Shipping or Supply Chain industry.
The duties of the role will be checking Freight costings against the system and reports, ensuring charges, rates, currencies etc are correct and the shipment details for the Import/Export movement are correct. Completing reports and Excel spreadsheets relating to International freight movements, analyzing data and producing KPI reports.
The successful candidate will need to have experience of handling large volumes of data, completing Excel Spreadsheets including formulars, V-look ups and Pivot tables. Responding to customer and colleague requests for information and data etc. Be able to work with a high level of attention to detail, in an organized and professional manner and who can learn new ways of working quickly.
This role is a Temporary position initially for 3-6 months though could be extended, and given the current COVID situation would be homebased and requires a candidate who has the ability and set up to work from home.
