We are seeking to recruit a SEAFREIGHT IMPORT/EXPORT OPERATOR to join a busy Freight Forwarding office based in Halesowen, West Midlands.
The role of Seafreight Import/Export Operator is to handle Seafreight Import OR Export operations from start to finish, for both FCL & LCL shipments. In return the package available is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on level of experience), working Monday -Friday and based in West Midlands (B62)

This is an excellent opportunity for candidate who have previous Freight Forwarding experience, or who has worked in Import OR Export Shipping on behalf of a manufacturer and would like to move over to Freight Forwarding.
The successful candidate will need to be hard working, willing to train and learn new ways of working, friendly & approachable as well as possessing strong administration, communication and customer service skills.
SHIPPING ADMINISTRATOR

We are seeking a SHIPPING ADMINISTRATOR to join a Birmingham based office on a Temp / Temp to Perm basis.
The role will be to check, update and input information regarding international shipments for large Key Account customers. Responding to queries from internal and external customers, investigating errors, responding to emails and ensuring systems and spreadsheets are all up to date with accurate shipping information.
The positions requires a candidate with excellent attention to detail skills, strong Excel skills and ideally previous experience of Shipping, Supply Chain, and Logistics. This position would also suit a Graduate in International Business Administration or Supply Chain & Logistics.
The position will be office based in Birmingham (B6) during training and then be a split between office and home based.

We are working with a global Import & Export organisation in Birmingham, who have an opening for a LOGISTICS OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR – IMPORT/EXPORT to join them, who is looking for a GRADUATE / ENTRY LEVEL opportunity.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is keen, eager and professional with a positive approach and who can work well as part of team as well as off their own initiative. Strong customer service and communication skills along with a good level of IT skills are required for this role.
The role will require a candidate who possesses excellent customer service and communication skills, and has a desire to work in International Global Logistics.
Liaising with customers and suppliers across the world, arranging the Import and Export of Air freight, completing all associated administration and responding to customer enquiries and queries. Building strong working relationships and rapports across all levels.
