Our client is looking for an Air Export Agent

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service.
Previous Air Freight knowledge is not essential but 6 Months+ customer service experience is desirable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Good communication
Well organised and able to prioritise workloads.
Ability to work under pressure.
Work well within a team.

Air Export Job-Specific Tasks and Duties
Provide a high level of customer service.
Dealing directly with shippers and overseas offices
Adhere to company KPIs and compliance.
Log & Prepare File For Export
Receive Documents
Process shipments
Monitor and manage daily shipments.
Invoicing

QUALIFICATIONS
6 Months + Customer service experience
Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word)
Global logistics industry knowledge

Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm including a 1 hour lunch break.

Salary based on experience
