Our client is looking for an Air Export Clerk with a minimum of 2 years Export experience handling Pharma - Boxtop and Sequoia experience would be helpful
Main duties:
Quoting
Dealing directly with shippers and overseas agents
Export Customs Entries
Invoicing
Completing varied export jobs from start to finish
Occasionally arranging roadfreight shipments, entries, T1 declarations
The hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
You will also be part of an Export on call rota - 1 week in 8, which would include weekend coverage (remotely - from 6pm Friday to 9am the following Friday
Personal skills
Good communication
Well organised, able to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
Good commercial awareness
You will ideally hold a valid CO certificate
Salary GBP35K - GBP37K basic plus on call rota allowance
Holidays 21 days - rising to 25 days
