We are working with an established organisation who has an exciting opportunity for a Multimodal Export Co-ordinator.
Our client is looking for 1 year + Export experience, Ideally with Air, Road, Sea Exports, however if you have one of these they will train on the others, must have some export knowledge, along with good customer service, administration experience within Exports.
Role Involves:
· Customer Service duties for designated air, road and sea export accounts.
· Raising and completion of industry documentation start to finish.
· Liaising with airlines, customers and suppliers.
· Processing of quote requests received from clients and partners.
· Commercial pricing and shipping planning.
· Monitoring and updating of Airline schedules and post flights.
· Building and submitting of export customs entry declarations.
· Invoicing and Job costing of export files.
· Internal office administration duties.
· Good IT skills including Box Top and ASM Sequoia along with MS office.
Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
Salary depends on experience.
Due to location Car Driver required.
