Air/Sea Export Freight Operator

We are working with an established forwarder close to Heathrow Airport who is looking for an Air / Sea Export Freight Operator.
We are looking for at least 1 years experience in Air Exports, will train in other modes.
Role Involves
Shipments arranged via Airfreight/Seafreight and Road/Courier from around the World to multiple locations, Cross trade shipments from supplier to door for clients.
Dealing on a daily basis with clients via e-mails/phone and Teams meetings
Time sensitive shipments
Full door to door file management required by operational staff.
On-line tracking system direct to clients
Booking of shipments with airlines/courier companies
Closing of files with costs shown from suppliers
Working hours - Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00 working hours - (1 hour lunch break)
System used in house are Boxtop and ASM Gems, would be great if they had knowledge of system but not required as we can train to use the systems.
Potential visits to LHR warehouse for checking of products received.
Good knowledge of Excel/Wword and other software required.
Understanding of Dangerous goods handling and regulations - training would be offered after probation period.
Car driver
