Experienced Driver is now wanted! The role will involve transporting full range of freight cargoes; the route will be from Trafford Park to Chester R/T. Great package on offers plus more to be discussed.
Duties;
Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle to transport goods.
Delivering and collecting from the airbus site over in Chester.
Standard route MAN-Chester-MAN.
Ensure that collections and deliveries are made on time, within regulations, and with minimal disruption.
Secure and load cargo appropriately.
Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols.
Good knowledge of road safety regulations and routes.
Requirements;
Valid Class 1 Drivers License.
Minimum 2 years of experience driving a Class 1 vehicle.
Hold a valid DQC and an up-to-date CPC
Driver Qualification Card
Hold a clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
Able to handle and transport various types of cargoes securely.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Provide 5-year checkable history (no gaps longer than 28 days).
Be able to provide clean basic Criminal Record Check prior to start date (obtained within 10 weeks)
Flexible to meet the industrys requirements.
Positive, flexible, can -do attitude and reliable.
