Our client is looking for a Courier Customer Service Clerk to join their team

Excellent knowledge of Excel, ideally with intermediate experience level, able to use pivot tables and formulas

Ability to be Customer focused with dedication in your service delivery to meet Customer needs
Ability to maintain positive mind-set when working under pressure, re-prioritising workload where necessary
Ability to be reliable, multitask and have strong problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy
Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly as required
Knowledge of the freight transport industry
Experience within Accountancy and billing
Prior experience in an accountancy environment
Ability to partake in a 5-year background check and referencing for security
The hours are Monday to Friday on a 1 in 4 rotating shift .
7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm, 8.30am to 5.30pm and 9am to 6pm.
Salary up to GBP30K and excellent benefits
