Courier Customer Service Clerk

We are currently recruiting for a Courier Customer Service Clerk to join a growing team in Colnbrook.
You will be working for an established international courier company and supporting in day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a good geographical knowledge.
Salary: cGBP25k - GBP27k

Co-ordinate and schedule client bookings via online, phone and email.
Assisting with client queries/needs.
General administrative tasks.
Chasing delivery reports as to keep clients informed on their deliveries.
Assist with receiving and processing shipments.
Help with fulfilment.


The shifts are on a rolling rota with at least 6-7 members of staff.

8.30 to 17.30 with 1 early/late start every six weeks.

Early: 7.30 to 16.30
Late: 11.30 to 20.00
