Customer Service Supervisor required to join this busy Export Ocean Team

This is a new role supervising the team of 3 CS Operatives within Exports

Duties to include:

Responsible for the supervision of the Customer Service team in achieving excellent customer service

· Key focus is to ensure a smooth running, highly productive and efficient Export Customer Service Department through the effective supervision of people & processes, while maintaining good relationships with supply partners and customers.
· To report to management and continuously seek to improve the critical KPIs related to the accurate, effective and timely receipt and processing of customer bookings, ensuring they are complete in every detail. Communicate daily with customers for any reason during the operational lifecycle of the consignment(s)

Min 3 years LCL Ocean freight export experience in an NVOCC

Monday to Friday 0830-5.00pm
