About the role; you will be ensuring timely and efficient movement of freight and providing OVERALL exceptional customer services. Handle customer calls and deal with queries.Informing customers with transit times.Track and trace of inbound shipments.Monitoring weekly PODs outstanding.Submit clearances to 3rd party brokers.Managing complaints and prividing soltions. Analyse and resolve the claims and comensation cases. Maintain good relationship and improve customer experience.

Key skills & attributes
Previous Customer Services experience in Freight Forwarding or Transport Logistics sectors.
Proven experience of using Logistics and Transport systems.
Proficiency in Excel and Word required.
Organisational and commercial awareness.
Team player.
Flexible and addaptable.
