A European Road Freight Operator is immediately required for a client in Swindon.
The ideal candidate will have experience in arranging FCL/LCL consignements to Central and Eastern Europe as well as liasing with other operational staff and the sales team.
Key skills:
Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing an exceptional customer service within the department
Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing.
Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable
Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations. Customs clearance etc
Understand department process flow, and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Experience in working in a fast paced/nulti disciplinary environment.
