We are working with an established Agent based in Tilbury who are looking to recruit a Sea freight Operator.
This is working in the Agency department covering various areas, from manifesting, which needs good Excel skills, start to finish good customs experience and CDS. Ideally Export and Imports but would train on one. The role involves boarding Ships mainly at Tilbury, also London Gateway when needed. Due to working with many agents, flexibility with out of hours needed, working within a team environment. Can work from home with out of hours. IF working weekends works on a Rota and normally 2-3 hours each day. Overtime is paid.
Day to day mainly in the office doing Export/Import Customs entries.
Car Driver needed to Drive when needed to London Gateway.
Hours 9am-5pm - flexibility on Out of Hours/Weekends.
Salary depends on experience.
