We are seeking an experienced freight forwarder to join an operations team arranging multi modal services for a client in Swindon.
Key Skills:
Liaising with clients both home and overseas
Providing quotations for either air, sea or road freight services
Experiance dealing with courier
Taking bookings
Creating documentation for import and or exports
Entering consignments on the in house booking system
Keeping client informed of ETA's
General administration, correspondence and spreadsheets
Contacting agents to arrange hauliers, airlines, shipping lines
The ideal candidate will be a good team player, adaptable and able to assist during peak times. This is an exciting new opportunity offering lots of variety and an opportunity to gain advancement within the logistics sector.
