GSA Reservations! Are you fascinated by the world of aviation and enjoy connecting with the globe as well as administrative tasks involving customer contact? Great opportunity to join this well-established organization, being part of their brilliant and experienced team. Monday to Friday plus shared weekend overtime 3-4 weeks. Salary band: GBP24,000-GBP25,000. Pension autoenrollment after 3 months and many more to be revealed.
Primarily duties but not limited to the following;
Core operational job functions for airline customers. Includes Quoting/Reservations/Booking airfreight shipments via phone and email.Entering bookings in-house system and airlines software.
Liaising with the ground handling agents.Arranging trucking.Updating the cargo management system
Skills-Requirements;
Good attitude and work ethic is key.
Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Great customer services across all levels.
Be able to use own initiative and have attention to detail, being organised at all times.
Flexible in order to meet the requirements of this sector.
Logistics Graduates are welcomed to apply too.
Due to DfT & CAA regulations, 5 years references and clear DBS will be required upon successful interview.
